The Return of the King the final book in The Fellowship of the Ring by J. R. R. Tolkien concludes the adventures of Frodo, Sam, Merry, Pippin, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, and Gandalf, the surviving members of The Fellowship as they face Sauron and his orcs in their last struggle.
